The Rocket R NINE ONE was developed to bring the very best of the Rocket Espresso commercial machines development programme into a machines capable of incredible results. Designed to perform with any roast type, from light roast to traditional dark roast coffee.
Thermal stability through the Rocket Espresso fully saturated group system, coupled with digital PID temperature control.
Pre and Post infusion controlled through a full pressure profiling system, using the 5 preset programmes or via manual control through the Rocket Espresso paddle system.
Can be used as a volumetric controlled machines. Shots can be programmed with pressure profiling and volume. Single or double shot
Direct water connection or built in water reservoir, an espresso machines designed to deliver spectacular results in the cup, through both stability and flexibility of control parameters.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Eastlink Espresso will assess the product and determine the extent of the fault or failure.
Commercial warranty applies to equipment used in cafés, restaurants, offices, and other commercial environments.
Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
