I was looking for a new coffee Machine and these guys did not disappoint! Amazing knowledge and support being very easy to talk to, and took the time answer questions and guide me. Being interstate, next day delivery was completely unexpected.
I had the pleasure to meet Ahmed and Neri today. The guys were so patient and competent. Especially Ahmed who had to listen to my wife and I, debating over the colour and styling. I purchased the twin boiler Lelit Bianca and the all ground sense grinder . Cant wait to unbox and experiment. Thanks again team for your honesty and professionalism. My wife and I solute you both. PS the Neri coffee blend is amazing I will be back for more
Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...
I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso for anyone serious about coffee equipment. I purchased a grinder from them nearly two years ago, and recently, the power switch unexpectedly failed. I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional. The team repaired the switch for me at absolutely no cost, demonstrating an incredible commitment to their products long after the point of sale. Even more impressive, they had the grinder ready that afternoon! Beyond the incredible service commitment, the staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make you feel valued every time you walk in the door. If you are looking for quality equipment backed by customer service that is second to none, Eastlink Espresso is the place to go.
The team provide fantastic technical and personalized service. A quick repair job while i waited was very much appreciated after my long haul. Highly recommend.
Eastlink Espresso are absolute professionals with good prices. Con the technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. Con made the whole process simple when we had a couple issues with our coffee machine that weren't related to the original issue. He never hesitated to take a second look and was completely honest, making sure our satisfaction was the priority. Thanks again Con, you are a legend 👍😊
What a fantastic company and an amazing team ! Enjoying my Rocket, thanks to these guys! Their service is truly outstanding!
Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.
