Designed around grind-by-weight precision and high-speed espresso preparation, the Eureka Mignon Stark W Coffee Grinder combines Eureka’s patented weighing technology with 65mm diamond-treated flat burrs and a commercial-style AC motor in a compact home espresso format. Instant Grind-by-Weight
The Stark W uses Eureka’s patented Instant Grind Weighing Technology to weigh coffee during grinding rather than relying purely on timed dosing. Factory pre-calibrated from first use, the system is designed for fast setup and dose consistency within ±0.2g while remaining stable against vibration, accidental knocks and uneven bench surfaces during daily operation.
Diamond Burr Performance
At the centre of the Stark W are 65mm diamond-treated flat burrs paired with Eureka’s high-performance AC motor platform. The blind upper burr design removes screw holes from the grinding surface to reduce retention and improve grind consistency, while the diamond treatment helps maintain burr sharpness and stable particle distribution over significantly longer use periods.
Built for Espresso Workflow
The Stark W combines Eureka’s oversized King Size Grind Dial with a 2.8” touchscreen interface for precise grind adjustment and simplified dose programming. Three programmable doses, continuous mode and a lock function are built directly into the display, while the heavy-duty universal fork supports a wide range of portafilter styles, including bottomless portafilters.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Eastlink Espresso will assess the product and determine the extent of the fault or failure.
Commercial warranty applies to equipment used in cafés, restaurants, offices, and other commercial environments.
Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
