1. Promoter and promotion

1. 1.1

   The promoter is The Trustee for Lotti Trust ABN 36 228 925 713 trading as Eastlink Espresso Repairs & Sales, of 1/194 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133 (Promoter, we, us).

2. 1.2

   These terms apply to the Eastlink Espresso October 2026 Giveaway (Promotion). Instructions on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these terms. By entering, you accept these terms.

3. 1.3

   The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on Friday 9 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 30 October 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

4. 1.4

   All times are Melbourne time (AEDT).

2. Who can enter

1. 2.1

   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.

2. 2.2

   Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else connected with running the Promotion are not eligible.

3. 2.3

   Businesses may earn entries through purchases, but the prize will be awarded to a named individual aged 18 or over.

4. 2.4

   We may verify eligibility at any time and may ask for proof of identity, age and residency. Ineligible entries will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

1. 3.1

   Free entry. Complete the entry form at eastlinkespresso.com.au/october-2026-giveaway or in our Vermont showroom during the Promotion Period. This gives you 1 entry. Each person may register once.

2. 3.2

   Bonus entries for purchases. Once registered, every purchase you make from us during the Promotion Period, on our website or in our Vermont showroom, earns bonus entries automatically, provided you use the same email address you registered with:

3. 3.3

   Purchase totals are the amount actually paid after discounts, gift card or store credit redemptions, and excluding shipping. Each transaction is assessed on its own; separate transactions are not combined.

4. 3.4

   Purchases made before you register in the Promotion Period still count, as long as they fall within the Promotion Period and use the registered email address. For showroom purchases, you must give your registered email address at checkout.

5. 3.5

   There is no limit on the number of purchase transactions that earn entries.

6. 3.6

   If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned (in whole or part) before the draw, entries for it will be removed or adjusted to the tier of the amount kept. Entries are not affected by warranty repairs or replacements.

7. 3.7

   Entries are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. 3.8

   Entries made by automated means, bulk registrations, multiple or false identities, or that otherwise attempt to get around these terms are invalid. We may disqualify anyone we reasonably believe has tampered with the entry process.

4. Prize

1. 4.1

   There is one prize: a Eureka Mignon Smart Grinder (colour determined by the Promoter, subject to availability), valued at $1,235 (incl. GST) (Prize). The total prize pool is $1,235 (incl. GST).

2. 4.2

   The Prize value is the recommended retail price as at 1 October 2026. We accept no responsibility for any change in value.

3. 4.3

   The Prize includes delivery to an address in Australia or collection from our Vermont showroom. It does not include installation, setup beyond a standard handover, coffee, or anything else not stated.

4. 4.4

   The Prize carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. 4.5

   The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be taken as cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Draw, notification and claiming

1. 5.1

   The winner will be drawn at random at 1:00pm AEDT on Saturday 31 October 2026 at our showroom, 1/194 Rooks Road, Vermont VIC 3133, in the presence of at least one independent witness. The draw may also be streamed online. You do not need to attend to win.

2. 5.2

   The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn, so people with more entries have more chances to win.

3. 5.3

   The first valid entry drawn wins the Prize. We will also draw 3 reserve entries, in order, in case the winner is ineligible or the Prize is unclaimed.

4. 5.4

   We will contact the winner by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw, and announce the winner's first name, initial of surname and suburb on our website and social media by 7 November 2026.

5. 5.5

   The winner must claim the Prize by replying and providing any proof of identity, age and residency we reasonably ask for by 5:00pm AEDT on 30 November 2026.

6. 5.6

   If the Prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is ineligible, the Prize will go to the next reserve entry, who will be contacted the same way and given 7 days to claim. If all reserve entries fail, a further draw will be held at the same place at 1:00pm AEDT on Monday 7 December 2026, with the winner notified and published in the same way.

7. 5.7

   The Prize will be delivered or made available for collection within 30 days of a valid claim.

6. General conditions

1. 6.1

   We are not responsible for entries or emails that are late, lost, misdirected or incomplete, including because of technical faults with our website, email or point-of-sale systems.

2. 6.2

   If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond our reasonable control, we may modify, suspend or end the Promotion, subject to any direction from a state or territory gaming regulator.

3. 6.3

   Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Promotion or the Prize, except where caused by our negligence, fraud or breach of these terms.

4. 6.4

   Any tax implications of winning the Prize are the winner's responsibility.

5. 6.5

   Our decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final, and we will not enter into correspondence about the outcome, except as required by law.

6. 6.6

   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7. Privacy

1. 7.1

   We collect your name, email address, phone number and purchase details to run the Promotion, contact the winner, and meet our legal obligations. If you don't provide them, you can't enter.

2. 7.2

   We may share your information with service providers who help run the Promotion (such as our website and email platforms) and with regulators where required.

3. 7.3

   If you tick the opt-in box on the entry form, we will also send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Entry does not require you to opt in.
