This latest generation introduces simultaneous dual-boiler heating, delivering exceptional thermal stability and allowing both brewing and steaming to operate at full capacity at the same time. The result is faster recovery, improved workflow efficiency, and performance that closely mirrors high-end commercial espresso machines.
Positioned between the compact Mechanika range and the flagship Synchronika II, the Technika VI offers an ideal balance of size, power, and precision—making it one of ECM’s most anticipated releases in recent years.
Designed for serious home baristas, it also introduces modern usability features including Fast Heat-Up Mode, programmable scheduling, ECO energy-saving mode, and a discreet integrated display, all while maintaining ECM’s refined German stainless-steel design language.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Commercial warranty applies to equipment used in cafés, restaurants, offices, and other commercial environments.
Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
