The Izzo Vivi PID is an Itailan-made espresso machines designed with the Australian market in mind. Having a quality built Heat-Exchanger using a big 1400W element in conjunction with the E61 Grouphead ensures the optimal heating operation when brewing coffee and great steam production. A top pick amongst Heat exchanger espresso machines available. With loads of additional commercial features to the Izzo Vivi, this machines boasts a relatively small footprint. ‘Cool touch’ technology keeps the steam wands cooler for longer meaning the steam wands are double insulated and can be held for longer whilst steaming milk. Using simple and effective PID controls, accessible from the front of the machines will let you set the exact temperature of the machines. This PID doubles as a convenient shot timer for every one of your espresso pulled. Along with this, monitoring your boiler and steam pressure is effortless with dual readouts on gauges, located either side of the brewing platform.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Eastlink Espresso will assess the product and determine the extent of the fault or failure.
Commercial warranty applies to equipment used in cafés, restaurants, offices, and other commercial environments.
Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
