The 58mm steel flat burrs grind your espresso with its primary espresso grinder, while the stepless grind setting collar gives you just as much control over that perfect grind size. The grinder can fill the doser with freshly ground coffee automatically after every six doses. The manual doser can give you between 5.5 and 8g per dose, and is a must have for any serious operator.
