The long awaited Profitec Pro 400 is finally here! A compact heat exchanger with an E61 group head and a sleek stainless steel design bound to complement any coffee lover’s kitchen. The Pro 400 boasts a small physical footprint designed to fit almost any countertop and brings an all new special feature to the market – stylish individual disclets in colourful designs for your steam and water rotary valves!
The Pro 400 has a useful toggle switch on the underside of the chassis allowing you to activate or deactivate preinfusion and eco mode as well as switch between three preset boiler temperatures, allowing you to change your brew temperature to suit different roasts. The Pro 400 also has adjustable steam power to suit your needs. A useful toggle switch underneath the machines allows you to activate or deactivate the preinfusion and the ECO mode.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
