The Rocket Appartamento TCA represents the evolution of the Appartamento Series, now equipped with PID and Temperature Control Adjustment.
Controlled via the activation lever, users can fine-tune boiler pressure settings in order to regulate a precise temperature for brewing espresso. Additionally, an Eco mode has been integrated into the Appartamento TCA to promote energy efficiency.
Building upon the design elements of the original Appartamento line, the TCA model features a circular side panel with a new debossing treatment, adding a 3 dimensional design. We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans, cleaning products, water filters, and other consumables cannot be returned once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be returned in accordance with the warranty terms provided. We may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, or replacement parts. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or general wear and tear. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Warranty coverage for accessories and additional equipment is subject to the terms provided by the relevant manufacturer or importer.
