Manual coffee machines give you full control of different components when it comes to espresso making. However, it takes careful attention and practice. If you want to have the traditional barista experience in the comfort of your own home, a manual machine is the best choice. Manual coffee machines have a steaming wand (also known as a ‘pannarello’) which allows you to heat and froth your milk in order to create the classic silky, milk texture.
Automatic coffee machines, on the other hand, delivers results quickly. It allows you to get espresso, cappuccino and other hot drinks with just a press of a button. There is usually an integrated coffee grinder which allows you to instantly make espresso in one go.

Warranty claims are handled through Eastlink Espresso Repairs & Sales Pty Ltd authorised service technicians or associated agents around Australia.
Shipping or associated travel costs are not reimbursed under the warranty.
If you are experiencing problems operating your product, we recommend that you contact us. It is from our experience that when customers feel the product they purchased is faulty, the opposite might be true, and that it can usually be resolved with basic “troubleshooting.”
FAQ's - Services
No, a booking is not necessary, and you can drop off your machine any time during office hours from 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We offer free assessments. This is so we can accurately diagnose your machine before we do any repair. Once that is completed, one of our technicians will call you to explain the issues and provide you with a fair quote.
We understand how important the machine is for everyone at home! Though it normally depends on the scope of works and the issue, we typically expect a job to take an average of 3 to 10 working days.
We unfortunately do not fix capsule machines. However, we do provide a 3 months warranty on repairs done by Eastlink Espresso Technicians for the machines we do service. Please always make sure to keep your receipts for your claims.
Yes we do carry various spare parts. The best way for us to help you, is if you send us an email with your inquiry, and include as much information about your machine’s model number, brand, the issue, and the potential part(s) needed. Yes we do! Neri Coffee is our own brand and you can order online or come to visit to our store. We also offer a loyalty card program, where you can service your machine after buying 10 Kilos of Neri Coffee. You can keep servicing your machine at no cost, by just buying fresh coffee beans that are locally roasted.
