A flat labour fee of $160-180 depending of the model applies, plus the cost of any parts needed.

We kindly ask that machines are collected within a few days of completion — we know you won’t want to be without your coffee machine for too long!

Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
