Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to the maximum degree. i’m very confident that with their help my much loved machine will easily last another 20 years!
