We had a fantastic experience at Eastlink Espresso. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices are competitive. I couldn’t ask for more. We bought a new machine and grinder, it also helps that they can service the machine or help out if you have any issues. My wife and I were very impressed. Absolutely recommend.

I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store. These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. My machine always receives excellent service after spending time with Eastlink Espresso! Also, a special shout-out to Vittorio, who took the time to show me the different machines when my old one couldn't keep up; the Rubino is fabulous! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Took my machine in to Eastlink as it was leaking and on its last legs. Got it back 3 days later running better than new. Excellent staff, very helpful and not selling you something you don’t want or need. Will be back again

Fantastic customer service. I was enthusiastically welcomed into the store, offered a delicious espresso - promptly told that the beans were the store's house roast. I left with a Lelit Elizabeth and matching accessories, given advice on how to look after the machine and when to return for a service. Big ups to the team!

Excellent experience buying my coffee machine and grinder as an interstate customer. Vittorio was fantastic to deal with and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I really wanted to buy locally, but the price and level of service here couldn’t be beaten.
