Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.

Amazing customer service, best I’ve experienced in a while, very welcoming & friendly. Store was quite busy but staff handled it in their stride & were on the ball & dynamic with every customer they spoke to. Knowledgeable & quick turn around on a machine repair at a reasonable price.

Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.

I recently purchased a Profitec GO espresso machine, a bottomless portafilter, and a walnut wood upgrade kit for the steam knob and portafilter handle from Eastlink Espresso, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly.
