Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.

My wife and I drove from the other side of Geelong to come to Eastlink Espresso. We were not disappointed and our purchases far exceeded our expectations. We are wrapt ! The guys listened to what we were after and guided us the right product for us. In our case an ECM Synchronika and Fiorenzato grinder.
