I recently purchased a Profitec GO espresso machine, a bottomless portafilter, and a walnut wood upgrade kit for the steam knob and portafilter handle from Eastlink Espresso, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Fantastic customer service. I was enthusiastically welcomed into the store, offered a delicious espresso - promptly told that the beans were the store's house roast. I left with a Lelit Elizabeth and matching accessories, given advice on how to look after the machine and when to return for a service. Big ups to the team!
