It all started when my dad gave me my first cup of coffee to try. It was a brisk morning in Italy, and I was only 11 years old. I was so curious but excited at the same time. At first, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, but the aroma was so enticing that I just had to try it. I took my first sip and instantly fell in love. Fast forward 15 years later, my partner Carolina and I are living life to the fullest in Australia, sharing our passion for all things coffee-related here in Melbourne.

For example, if the broken part is simple to replace it’s going to cost you a lot less than replacing main parts of the machine. For this reason, we offer free assessments on machines brought into our shop. This lets us accurately diagnose the problem before we do any work and provide you with an accurate and fair quote for repairs.
