What a great company to deal with! Took my Rocket for a repair and service. It required a new heater element and a number of seals, gaskets, springs etc after having never been serviced in 8 years of hard use. All the staff at Eastlink Espresso were a pleasure to deal with and appear to really know these coffee machines. Mine came back looking and operating like a brand new machine. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use Eastlink again and highly recommend them.Thanks guys!

I took my faulty machine in for a free assessment which they had done within 24 hours. Sadly the damage and wear was so severe the costs didn't justify restoring it. They were able to provide me with another similar restored unit for a great price. Sad about my old machine but very happy with my new one. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I will be returning for my next service and next upgrade.

Purchased a new Rocket R58 coffee machine from owners Neri & Carolina. On delivery, we were pleased at how well the machine had been packed & secured for transport. The Rocket is an impressive machine; beautifully manufactured; was so easy to set up & use. Love the digital remote controller with touch pad to allow for easy customisation, auto on & off at set times plus monitoring of system settings. Neri & Carolina were very helpful with their support, advice & a pleasure to deal with. Impressive product & service all round.

The best coffee experience we've ever had. It was time to invest in a proper machine!! We took home the ECM synchronika with flow controller fully bench tested and ready to go. Vittorio was always available to provide a wealth of friendly and expert information but the decision on which machine was always ours in the end with no pressure to purchase and we couldn't be happier. This store has all the great machines and all things coffee. I brought my daughter machine in for repair. The next day Neri rang and explained that it wasn't worth repairing this machine and explained in detail why he wouldn't recommend to carry out the repair. There honestly and attention to detail from drop off to the recommendation is second to none. I offer to pay for his time to inspect the machine and he promptly refused and said it part of our service.

Vittorio has set the bar really high.I was on the lookout for a prosumer machine and had heard mixed reviews about one of the two espresso machines in my shortlist. Vittorio objectively stepped me through the pros and cons and asked questions to understand my prosumer profile and budget.He was patient with my line of questions and really knows his stuff (I've spoken to quite a few coffee machine vendors prior to this and Vittorio was by far the most detailed, objective, honest and helfpul).Vittorio heard my concerns about the machine and was very detailed and informative about the bench testing. One of the few companies that actually do this, and free of charge! He even sent me a video showing his brew head pressure test.Vittorio also helped me hone in on the perfect grinder for my use.I am also confident that Eastlink will look after my gear if anything goes wrong post-sale.I want to also add that shipping was so fast! Bench testing done on Friday and I received my machine first thing Monday morning in Sydney! Everything was packed with care and no damage during transit!

Neri asked some exploratory questions to see how much we know and what we would need. He laid out clear and honest pros and cons for options within our budget, did not oversell, but was clear on initial investment vs maintenance costs, user-friendliness, what to spend and what NOT to spend on. Applied zero pressure. A few days later we made our decision, they "trained" us how to use and maintain the machine. Super happy with our choice, and I know who to call to help straight away if any questions. I can only recommend Eastlink Espresso if you value quality, expert advice and care at a good price.

I spent many hours researching machines to replace my 10-year old Rocket Giotto, and many more deciding from where to buy. In the end I decided on the ECM Synchronika, and Eastlink Espresso as the place to buy. I could easily, run out of space saying why I decided on the Synchronika, suffice to say for me it is the ideal machine to develop my coffee expertise and knowledge. The reviews from both users and the so called "experts" further convinced me over the alternatives I was considering.As for where to buy, product knowledge and access to ongoing service were essential requirements. Approachable and friendliness also were important, as these machines last a very long time. All these things were offered at Eastlink Espresso. We bought our Profitech coffee machine and Eureka grinder a few years ago, from lovely Carolina and Vittorio and their team. Recently both got serviced, and was brewing well until someone in my house obviously changed the settings of the grinder. I tried to reset, by myself, but failed. Ahmed and Neri helped me on FaceTime to reset it, over half and hour, giving me instructions and being patiently waiting(I’m not very good at these). Their customer service is commendable and of course they sell top notch equipment. They are a wonderful team who look after their customers with ongoing support.
