Troubleshooting Lelit Espresso machines
The coffee is too cold when dispensed ?
- The machines has not reached its operating temperature yet.
- The filter holder has not been heated
The coffee is dispensed too quickly and without cream
- The grind is too coarse.
- The quantity of coffee is insufficient.
- The coffee has not been pressed enough.
- The coffee used is old or unsuitable
The power is on, but the set temperature is not reached.
- The circuit breaker is interrupted
- The LCC is not working
The coffee is not dispensed or is only dispensed in drops
- The grind is too fine.
- The amount of coffee is too much.

The LCC does not light up and the machines does not work

i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to the maximum degree. i’m very confident that with their help my much loved machine will easily last another 20 years!

Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Thank you to the amazing crew at Eastlink Espresso. Our enduring relationship started in 2008 when I purchased a Saeco Cappuccino Royale from the team. Over 50,000 shots later and almost two decades of faithful service, I traded up to a Rocket Espresso Milano and AllGround sense grinder in August 2025. The appliance combination has elevated our coffee experience to the next level. Now, with all things mechanical, faults occur. I noticed moisture present in the window of the pressure gauge; Neri insisted I bring the machine for a warranty gauge replacement suggesting it would take a few days. Vittorio worked his magic and the machine was good to go that same day. Now that is good old fashioned first class service. Why go anywhere else?
We purchased our Lelia Bianca from Eastlink Espresso in the middle of 2024. The team were great to deal with for the purchase and stood by their product when we had a small issue in December this year. They also make a cracking good coffee whilst you’re waiting. Well done guys.
