With so many innovations being developed and created for manual coffee machines, there are increasingly more types to choose from. But to keep things simple, there are generally three types of manual coffee machines.

The entry-level type is the single-boiler coffee machine, which provides higher quality coffee than an automatic machine but is relatively more affordable. It’s ideal for those who drink black coffee, as it can’t brew coffee and steam milk simultaneously.

The most popular type is the heat exchanger coffee machine. It’s considered more powerful and expensive than the single-boiler coffee machine. If you like making lattes and prefer greater control over the temperature, then a heat exchanger coffee machine is for you.

The advanced type is the dual boiler coffee machine, which provides even more precise temperature control than the heat exchanger coffee machine. For those who need reliable commercial performance for specialty coffee brewing, get a dual-boiler coffee machine.

How can I be sure I’m buying a genuine coffee machine?

What is your return policy for coffee machines and accessories?

Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of purchase. For coffee machines, we accept returns only if the machine is unused and in its original packaging. Accessories can also be returned, but they must be intact and in their original packaging. Please note that we don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.

I found a cheaper product on another website, do you price match?

Our goal is to offer the best prices along with great customer service. If you find the same product (same brand, size, and colour) cheaper from an Australian company that is an authorised stockist, we’ll beat their price. This offer doesn’t apply to overseas websites or auction sites, and you need to request the price match before buying the item. The competitor’s price must include all taxes, delivery, and other fees, and the item must be in stock when we process your request.

Can you provide preventative maintenance for coffee machines?

Yes, we certainly can! Scheduling preventative maintenance with us is better than waiting for a problem to occur. For our preventative maintenance, we first check various components and functions, such as burr blades, pressure release valves, portafilters, and steam pressure.

Next, we replace water filter cartridges and group head gaskets (if needed). Finally, we clean the entire area, including the espresso grinder and steam tips. We can also adapt our preventative maintenance to your suggestions and requirements.

If the unit is an automatic coffee machine, we will replace gaskets and o-rings to check conditions of grinder and valves to prevent any leaks in the future.

What brands do you repair?

Saeco, Delonghi, Breville, Rancilio, Sunbeam, Rocket, ECM, La Pavoni, Izzo, Profitec, and many other well-known coffee maker brands are among the many brands that we service and maintain.

Do repairs come with a warranty?

Yes, when we fix your coffee machine, it comes with a 3-month warranty Labour + Spare parts replaced.. This means if something goes wrong within three months, we’ll fix it for free.

Do you offer repairs onsite?

Yes, we can come to your place to fix your coffee machine. If you’re in a metro area, there’s a $90 callout fee. If you’re in a regional area, please contact us to find out more about how we can help. We aim to make the repair process easy and convenient for you.

What are common coffee machine problems?

Common coffee machine problems include having the wrong taste, temperature, or amount of water for your coffee. Other common problems for coffee machines are parts (e.g., steam arm, group head, frother, grinder, etc.) not working properly.

Sometimes the entire coffee machine doesn’t work or is working too slowly. Regardless of the coffee machine problem you’re experiencing, Eastlink Espresso can solve it for you (as long as it’s not a capsule machine — which we do not currently repair).

Do you offer services for coffee machines purchased from other suppliers?

For coffee makers bought from any provider, we provide maintenance and repair services. Our friendly team is available to assist in making sure your equipment functions properly, regardless of whether you purchased it from us or another retailer. Although we are unable to help with warranty claims from other suppliers, we are capable of offering routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing to maintain your coffee maker in top shape. Our goal is to provide dependable, long-term service so that your machine keeps operating at its peak efficiency.

How often should I descale my coffee machine?

You should descale your coffee machine whenever it prompts you to do so. This helps keep your machine in good working order. If your machine has a water filter, make sure to remove it before descaling. If you need descale solution you can go to our online shop
