I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store. Amazing customer service, best I’ve experienced in a while, very welcoming & friendly. Store was quite busy but staff handled it in their stride & were on the ball & dynamic with every customer they spoke to. Knowledgeable & quick turn around on a machine repair at a reasonable price.

I recommend asking Vittorio any questions you may have as he is very knowledgeable. No hard sell, just useful information and guidance. We tasted the product and compared it with others. We bought the Rocket Mozzafiato and the Fiorenzato grinder All Sense grinder. We are very happy with our purchases and recommend the store.

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee.
