If you are looking for a coffee machine and grinder you cannot go past Eastlink Espresso for great old fashioned service. Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.
Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...
Great service, knowledgeable friendly staff and fast turn around. Took my Izzo Vivi there for overheating issues and couldn't be happier with my choice of repairer. Highly recommend these guys.
Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly. Vittorio was able to provide me with excellent recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive espresso machines. He made me feel confident with my choice and I couldn’t be happier. With his advice I was making great coffee at home in no time. A really honest, family business.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Great advice and fast shipping interstate. Loving my new Quick Mill Pop Up. Thanks!
Great customers service again! Bought the rocket appartmento and it’s a winner !
Vittorio and the team were fantastic. Gave great advice on the best machine for us, and no pushy up sell. Vittorio also came to our home to provide a tutorial on using and getting the most out of our machine. We couldn’t be happier.
Great place, amazing customer service. Will definitely be back. Neri and Ahmad were super helpful and kindly stayed back to assist
