Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.

Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly. Vittorio was able to provide me with excellent recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive espresso machines. He made me feel confident with my choice and I couldn’t be happier. Eastlink Espresso - specifically Vittorio - have restored my faith that excellent customer service really does still exist! I bought online but there was a fault, and rather than have the company send a replacement, Vittorio realised I really need a different machine and sorted everything... i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to the maximum degree. i’m very confident that with their help my much loved machine will easily last another 20 years!
