Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home. I’ll certainly be taking my machine back for servicing and recommending these guys to anyone who is interested in buying a coffee machine!

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision.
