Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso for anyone serious about coffee equipment. I purchased a grinder from them nearly two years ago, and recently, the power switch unexpectedly failed. I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional. Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso.
