We purchased our Lelia Bianca from Eastlink Espresso in the middle of 2024. The team were great to deal with for the purchase and stood by their product when we had a small issue in December this year. They also make a cracking good coffee whilst you’re waiting. Well done guys.

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.

We had a wonderful experience with the team. Our 20-year-old machine had served us well but was unfortunately beyond reasonable repair. The team guided us through the process and recommended an excellent replacement. We couldn’t be happier with the new machine and the service we received.

Took my machine in to Eastlink as it was leaking and on its last legs. Got it back 3 days later running better than new. Excellent staff, very helpful and not selling you something you don’t want or need. Will be back again

Great service, knowledgeable friendly staff and fast turn around. Took my Izzo Vivi there for overheating issues and couldn't be happier with my choice of repairer. Highly recommend these guys.
