These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
