Eastlink Espresso - specifically Vittorio - have restored my faith that excellent customer service really does still exist! I bought online but there was a fault, and rather than have the company send a replacement, Vittorio realised I really need a different machine and sorted everything... Including the team delivering the replacement the next day. I adore my new machine, Vittorio was right and full respect to his expertise and good nature!

Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.
