Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home. I’ll certainly be taking my machine back for servicing and recommending these guys to anyone who is interested in buying a coffee machine!
If you are looking for a coffee machine and grinder you cannot go past Eastlink Espresso for great old fashioned service. Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.
Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.
Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. Fantastic customer service. I was enthusiastically welcomed into the store, offered a delicious espresso - promptly told that the beans were the store's house roast.
