Eastlink Espresso are absolute professionals with good prices. Con the technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. Con made the whole process simple when we had a couple issues with our coffee machine that weren't related to the original issue. He never hesitated to take a second look and was completely honest, making sure our satisfaction was the priority. Thanks again Con, you are a legend 👍😊
I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store. I would recommend Eastlink Espresso Repairs & Sales for any coffee equipment and requirements to anybody that really loves their home coffee. They are one of the best businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. David Barton. Melbourne.
Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...
Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Great advice and fast shipping interstate. Loving my new Quick Mill Pop Up. Thanks!
Great place, amazing customer service. Will definitely be back. Neri and Ahmad were super helpful and kindly stayed back to assist
Great communication throughout the repairs. The initial assessment was free unlike other places. Super fast turn around time, too. Would recommend any time.
If you are looking for a coffee machine and grinder you cannot go past Eastlink Espresso for great old fashioned service. Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.
