Excellent experience! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable — helped me compare multiple prosumer machines in detail and patiently answered all my questions. Great selection of high-end espresso machines and grinders. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their coffee setup!

Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.

Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home. I’ll certainly be taking my machine back for servicing and recommending these guys to anyone who is interested in buying a coffee machine!

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! Excellent experience buying my coffee machine and grinder as an interstate customer. Vittorio was fantastic to deal with and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I really wanted to buy locally, but the price and level of service here couldn’t be beaten. I’m really happy with the setup — Vittorio talked me through everything over the phone, and less than a week in I’m already making great coffee at home. Highly recommend.
