Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.

Thank you to the amazing crew at Eastlink Espresso. Our enduring relationship started in 2008 when I purchased a Saeco Cappuccino Royale from the team. Over 50,000 shots later and almost two decades of faithful service, I traded up to a Rocket Espresso Milano and AllGround sense grinder in August 2025. The appliance combination has elevated our coffee experience to the next level. Now, with all things mechanical, faults occur. I noticed moisture present in the window of the pressure gauge; Neri insisted I bring the machine for a warranty gauge replacement suggesting it would take a few days. Vittorio worked his magic and the machine was good to go that same day. Now that is good old fashioned first class service. Why go anywhere else?
