(It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
