We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.

Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
