Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...

Eastlink Espresso - specifically Vittorio - have restored my faith that excellent customer service really does still exist! I bought online but there was a fault, and rather than have the company send a replacement, Vittorio realised I really need a different machine and sorted everything... Including the team delivering the replacement the next day. I adore my new machine, Vittorio was right and full respect to his expertise and good nature!

Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. Can't wait to pull my first coffee tommorow. Thank you!

Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. Would definitely come back for supplies n services in the future Keep up the great work!!

Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.

Neri and his team were absolutely brilliant to deal with honest advice and service as well. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for anything coffee. I’m over the moon about our new coffee machine and grinder etc.

After our Breville BES920/J Dual Boiler died only after 2.5 years which was very disappointing as our previous Breville lasted 15 years, a friend recommended Eastlink Espresso to repair it. But instead of spending another $400 for repair and Ahmed showing me the insides which were very rusted out and saying we would probably be back in a year for more work, we decided to buy a Lelit Mara X V2 which has been incredible. Using the same coffee beans (from Jaques grown in Mareeba, QLD) you can definitely taste the difference, so much nicer from the Mara. I recommend buying a Tapo smart plug from Bunnings for $16 and you can schedule on/off times throughout the week, even control it from your phone through your Internet Wifi from anywhere so your machine is all heated up and ready to go when you wake up. Ahmed and Neri are passionate about coffee and about giving great service and advice. Well done Eastlink Espresso Team!
