Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. I came across Eastlink Espresso guys by chance when I decided to service my coffee machine. I brought my machine and grinder from service and it were cleaned and serviced professionally. All my little concerns were addressed. The team there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I tried coffee from the machine after the service - it's unbelievably perfect. Honestly, I started to forget the taste of it. So, don't wait and service your machines and grinders here. I also bought coffee beans (white bag) and it's amazing for me as I don't like the acidity in some sorts of coffee .

I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store.
