We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! My wife and I purchased a Lelit coffee machine and Fiorenzato coffee grinder from Vittorio at Eastlink Espresso on Monday the 5th of January 2026.
