My husband and I were searching for a new coffee machine and stumbled upon Eastlink Espresso. We had no idea which setup would suit our needs, but thankfully Neri and his team guided us through the options with incredible expertise and patience. We ended up choosing the Lelit Bianca and DF64 grinder, and we couldn’t be happier! The quality of both the products and the customer support was outstanding. Purchased a new coffee machine and grinder from Neri as a complete coffee novice. Neri setup the machine up at the shop, dialled in a blend of his great beans and gave me the basics on coffee making. This meant when I got home I was making great coffee from the outset. A great start to my coffee journey.

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso. I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional.
