As a novice with home making Espresso, Vittorio was amazing at explaining everything I needed to know regarding purchasing a suitable grinder and coffee machine. I'm so grateful that Vittorio and team have continue to look after me after purchasing the machine. Vittorio is always very approachable and very thorough in explaining the nuances of espresso making to a novice like myself. He is passionate about his clients achieving amazing tasting coffee at home and with his help, I've had some amazing results so far with the new Lelit Bianca V3. Couldn't be happier.

We purchased our Lelia Bianca from Eastlink Espresso in the middle of 2024. The team were great to deal with for the purchase and stood by their product when we had a small issue in December this year. They also make a cracking good coffee whilst you’re waiting. Well done guys.

Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. We had a fantastic experience at Eastlink Espresso. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices are competitive. I couldn’t ask for more. We bought a new machine and grinder, it also helps that they can service the machine or help out if you have any issues. My wife and I were very impressed. Absolutely recommend.

Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I bought a machine and grinder 6 months ago and couldn't be happier.
