I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional. The team repaired the switch for me at absolutely no cost, demonstrating an incredible commitment to their products long after the point of sale. Even more impressive, they had the grinder ready that afternoon! Beyond the incredible service commitment, the staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.
