These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. Fantastic customer service. I was enthusiastically welcomed into the store, offered a delicious espresso - promptly told that the beans were the store's house roast. I left with a Lelit Elizabeth and matching accessories, given advice on how to look after the machine and when to return for a service. Big ups to the team!

Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home.
