Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly. Vittorio was able to provide me with excellent recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive espresso machines. He made me feel confident with my choice and I couldn’t be happier. Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
