Great place, amazing customer service. Will definitely be back. Neri and Ahmad were super helpful and kindly stayed back to assist
Can't recommend them enough. Miracle workers who fixed my machine after it was dropped by removalists. Would give more stars if I could
Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly. Vittorio was able to provide me with excellent recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive espresso machines. He made me feel confident with my choice and I couldn’t be happier. With his advice I was making great coffee at home in no time. A really honest, family business.
Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso. Thanks again Ahmed
Amazing team at East Link. Very passionate with coffee machines and generous with sharing their passion and knowledge. Thank you
Highly recommended Eastlink Espresso. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly .
Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.
I can’t recommend these guys more! They are very fair and extremely professional. Plus, they are Italian so you are getting the real deal 👌🤌
