Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour. On top of that they always stood by their work. When it was time to call stumps on the Nota and pull the trigger on a new Lelit Bianca V3 to step up, they looked after me as a long time customer. Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso. Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly.
