Great service! Machine is like new again

After our Breville BES920/J Dual Boiler died only after 2.5 years which was very disappointing as our previous Breville lasted 15 years, a friend recommended Eastlink Espresso to repair it. But instead of spending another $400 for repair and Ahmed showing me the insides which were very rusted out and saying we would probably be back in a year for more work, we decided to buy a Lelit Mara X V2 which has been incredible. Using the same coffee beans (from Jaques grown in Mareeba, QLD) you can definitely taste the difference, so much nicer from the Mara. I recommend buying a Tapo smart plug from Bunnings for $16 and you can schedule on/off times throughout the week, even control it from your phone through your Internet Wifi from anywhere so your machine is all heated up and ready to go when you wake up. Ahmed and Neri are passionate about coffee and about giving great service and advice. Well done Eastlink Espresso Team!

Neri and Ahmed were so helpful when it came to purchasing my Rocket Apartmento TCA coffee machine and Eureka Mignon grinder. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a delicious espresso to try of their own blend and it was amazing, they gave me some of their coffee to try with my new machine along with a great starter kit to get me up and running once I got home. I’ll certainly be taking my machine back for servicing and recommending these guys to anyone who is interested in buying a coffee machine!

Amazing customer service, best I’ve experienced in a while, very welcoming & friendly. Store was quite busy but staff handled it in their stride & were on the ball & dynamic with every customer they spoke to. Knowledgeable & quick turn around on a machine repair at a reasonable price.

If you are looking for a coffee machine and grinder you cannot go past Eastlink Espresso for great old fashioned service. Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.
