We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. Purchased a new coffee machine and grinder from Neri as a complete coffee novice. Neri setup the machine up at the shop, dialled in a blend of his great beans and gave me the basics on coffee making. This meant when I got home I was making great coffee from the outset. A great start to my coffee journey.

My wife and I drove from the other side of Geelong to come to Eastlink Espresso. We were not disappointed and our purchases far exceeded our expectations. We are wrapt ! Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.
