I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso for anyone serious about coffee equipment. I purchased a grinder from them nearly two years ago, and recently, the power switch unexpectedly failed. I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional. The team repaired the switch for me at absolutely no cost, demonstrating an incredible commitment to their products long after the point of sale. Even more impressive, they had the grinder ready that afternoon! Beyond the incredible service commitment, the staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Amazing store!

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. My machine always receives excellent service after spending time with Eastlink Espresso! Also, a special shout-out to Vittorio, who took the time to show me the different machines when my old one couldn't keep up; the Rubino is fabulous! Can't recommend these guys enough.

I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store.
