10/10 customer service & advice - Shout out to Ahmed for helping up choose our dream espresso machine. We couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend here enough!!
Very happy with the service and the follow-ups. The people and shop are welcoming and I will be back!
The team provide fantastic technical and personalized service. A quick repair job while i waited was very much appreciated after my long haul. Highly recommend.
Thank you to the amazing crew at Eastlink Espresso. Our enduring relationship started in 2008 when I purchased a Saeco Cappuccino Royale from the team. Over 50,000 shots later and almost two decades of faithful service, I traded up to a Rocket Espresso Milano and AllGround sense grinder in August 2025. The appliance combination has elevated our coffee experience to the next level. Now, with all things mechanical, faults occur. I noticed moisture present in the window of the pressure gauge; Neri insisted I bring the machine for a warranty gauge replacement suggesting it would take a few days. Vittorio worked his magic and the machine was good to go that same day. Now that is good old fashioned first class service. Why go anywhere else?
Hi Legends!! Thank you for servicing my machine (Miss Minore) she’s running smoother, quieter and better than ever!!
Excellent service from start to finish. The repair was completed on the same day and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful. I’m very happy with the result and highly recommend them! Thankyou
I would highly recommend eastlink espresso to anyone! Neri was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose our new machine. We are so happy with our new profitec pro 400, and the service they provided was top notch!
Really helpful, beautiful Italian machines and the go to place for coffee beans. Thanks.
I can’t recommend these guys more! They are very fair and extremely professional. Plus, they are Italian so you are getting the real deal 👌🤌
