Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso for anyone serious about coffee equipment. I purchased a grinder from them nearly two years ago, and recently, the power switch unexpectedly failed. I brought it in hoping I’d get it back next week, but the service I received was truly exceptional. The team repaired the switch for me at absolutely no cost, demonstrating an incredible commitment to their products long after the point of sale. Even more impressive, they had the grinder ready that afternoon! Beyond the incredible service commitment, the staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour.
