Very happy with the service and the follow-ups. The people and shop are welcoming and I will be back!

Amazing store!

Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans! Thank you Ahmed, the service you provided was incredible!

Eastlink Espresso is a brilliant place to purchase coffee making equipment. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I was uncertain as to what coffee machine & grinder would best suit my needs after my old machine was no longer working properly. Vittorio was able to provide me with excellent recommendations without trying to sell me the most expensive espresso machines. He made me feel confident with my choice and I couldn’t be happier. With his advice I was making great coffee at home in no time. A really honest, family business.

Highly recommended Eastlink Espresso. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly .

Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Great advice and fast shipping interstate. Loving my new Quick Mill Pop Up. Thanks!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Ahmed and the entire team at Eastlink Espresso. Three months ago, I was in the market for a high-end home setup and purchased a Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima paired with a Turin DF83V grinder. Stepping into this tier of prosumer equipment is a big investment, but Ahmed made the entire sales process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was highly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and made sure I was completely confident in my choice before walking out the door. I’ve had the setup for three months now, and it has been absolutely flawless—I am enjoying cafe-quality coffee every single day. What really sets Eastlink Espresso apart, though, is their genuine customer service and ongoing support after the sale. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated to making sure you actually enjoy and understand your equipment long after you’ve bought it. I highly recommend Ahmed and the team to anyone looking to upgrade their coffee game. I am definitely looking forward to continuing my business with them for all my future servicing and coffee needs!
