(It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.
