Promotion Terms & Conditions – Eastlink Espresso

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Eastlink Espresso Repairs & Sales Pty Ltd (“Eastlink Espresso”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion Period

Valid from 25/03/2026 to 20/04/2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

  • Applies to purchases of selected coffee machines only
  • Available to Australian residents only
  • Offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
  • Limited to one promotion per transaction, unless otherwise stated

4. Promotional Inclusions

a) Extended Warranty

  • Includes an additional 12-month warranty, commencing after the manufacturer’s warranty expires
  • Covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use

Exclusions include (but are not limited to):

  • Scale build-up or water-related damage
  • Use outside manufacturer specifications
  • Commercial use (unless approved in writing)
  • Normal wear and tear (gaskets, seals, shower screens, etc.)
  • Damage caused by:
    • Incorrect voltage
    • Poor water quality
    • Lack of maintenance
  • Machines that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorised persons

b) Complimentary Service

  • Includes labour only for one standard service

Customer is responsible for:

  • Spare parts
  • Consumables
  • Freight, transport, or call-out fees

Conditions:

  • Service must be booked within the eligible period
  • If you are outside our service area, we will nominate an authorised service provider
  • Service does not include major repairs or replacement parts unless paid for

c) Bonus / Gift (if applicable)

  • Issued at our discretion and subject to availability
  • Not redeemable for cash or substitution
  • Not covered under warranty unless stated otherwise

5. Service & Maintenance Obligations

  • You are responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance
  • Machines must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Failure to do so may void warranty and promotional benefits.

6. Repairs & Authorisation

  • All warranty and promotional work must be carried out by Eastlink Espresso or an authorised technician
  • Unauthorised repairs or tampering will void all warranties and promotional benefits

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eastlink Espresso is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of income, business, or profits
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality

9. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims where these terms have not been met
  • Inspect goods before approving warranty or service
  • Determine whether a fault is covered under warranty

10. Changes to Promotion

We may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. Where necessary, we may substitute an offer of equal or greater value.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
