Our Bezzera Repair Process Includes:
- Full Maintenance of Leva Group and Components
We’ll backflush leva and replace the gasket on the steam tap & water tap if required. We then check all components to ensure everything is working correctly.
- Descaling the boiler when is required
If there’s any built-up scale in your machine’s boiler, we’ll descale it to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
- Coffee pouring setup
Finally, we make sure everything is correctly set up for you, tuning it to ensure you can get back to making great coffee instantly.

Had my DeLonghi Dinamica Plus repaired here. The turn around time was unexpectedly (and life savingly) quick with the price being very reasonable. Super positive experience and can highly recommend. Wasn't sure if I had another day "pod coffee" left in me...
After our Breville BES920/J Dual Boiler died only after 2.5 years which was very disappointing as our previous Breville lasted 15 years, a friend recommended Eastlink Espresso to repair it. But instead of spending another $400 for repair and Ahmed showing me the insides which were very rusted out and saying we would probably be back in a year for more work, we decided to buy a Lelit Mara X V2 which has been incredible. Using the same coffee beans (from Jaques grown in Mareeba, QLD) you can definitely taste the difference, so much nicer from the Mara. I recommend buying a Tapo smart plug from Bunnings for $16 and you can schedule on/off times throughout the week, even control it from your phone through your Internet Wifi from anywhere so your machine is all heated up and ready to go when you wake up. i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to the maximum degree. i’m very confident that with their help my much loved machine will easily last another 20 years!
Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. Long story short.... the machine is making the best coffee it ever has, it was repaired quickly and effortlessly and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Eastlink Espresso.
