Eastlink Espresso - specifically Vittorio - have restored my faith that excellent customer service really does still exist! I bought online but there was a fault, and rather than have the company send a replacement, Vittorio realised I really need a different machine and sorted everything... Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter.
