Ahmed was quick to reply to my call for help to repair our office coffee machine.Turns out the machine had an old corroded piece in it that needed to be replaced, along with a porter filter and the water filter. We purchased our Lelia Bianca from Eastlink Espresso in the middle of 2024. The team were great to deal with for the purchase and stood by their product when we had a small issue in December this year. They also make a cracking good coffee whilst you’re waiting. Well done guys.
Purchased a new coffee machine and grinder from Neri as a complete coffee novice. Neri setup the machine up at the shop, dialled in a blend of his great beans and gave me the basics on coffee making. This meant when I got home I was making great coffee from the outset. A great start to my coffee journey.
After our Breville BES920/J Dual Boiler died only after 2.5 years which was very disappointing as our previous Breville lasted 15 years, a friend recommended Eastlink Espresso to repair it. But instead of spending another $400 for repair and Ahmed showing me the insides which were very rusted out and saying we would probably be back in a year for more work, we decided to buy a Lelit Mara X V2 which has been incredible. Using the same coffee beans (from Jaques grown in Mareeba, QLD) you can definitely taste the difference, so much nicer from the Mara. I recommend buying a Tapo smart plug from Bunnings for $16 and you can schedule on/off times throughout the week, even control it from your phone through your Internet Wifi from anywhere so your machine is all heated up and ready to go when you wake up. Ahmed and Neri are passionate about coffee and about giving great service and advice. Well done Eastlink Espresso Team!
