We provide a full inspection free of charge, with no hidden fees and nothing to pay upfront.

Approve the repair quote

A flat labour fee of $160-180 depending of the model applies, plus the cost of any parts needed.

Pick up and enjoy perfect coffee again

A call or text from our team to let you know that it is ready to brew coffee at home.

We kindly ask that machines are collected within a few days of completion — we know you won’t want to be without your coffee machine for too long!

Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. Thank you to the amazing crew at Eastlink Espresso. Our enduring relationship started in 2008 when I purchased a Saeco Cappuccino Royale from the team. Over 50,000 shots later and almost two decades of faithful service, I traded up to a Rocket Espresso Milano and AllGround sense grinder in August 2025. The appliance combination has elevated our coffee experience to the next level. Now, with all things mechanical, faults occur. I noticed moisture present in the window of the pressure gauge; Neri insisted I bring the machine for a warranty gauge replacement suggesting it would take a few days. Vittorio worked his magic and the machine was good to go that same day. Now that is good old fashioned first class service. Why go anywhere else?

We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. We have to add that the coffee Ahmed made us in the store from their Signature Beans was delicious, we will definitely be back to purchase more beans!
