Took in a 12 year old dual boiler coffee machine that had never been serviced and never turned off. Needless to say, my machine was not in a good way. From the time eastlink espresso started work to completion, 1½days!! And the price, I am reluctant to say, was way less than what I thought it would be. It now works better than brand new.

Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.

Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.

I bought a coffee machine and grinder from Eastlink Espresso. Without doubt, the best quality coffee machine I have ever owned. It makes coffee that I thought not possible. (It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. The professional help I received, from Vittorio, was outstanding. His knowledge and obvious care for a great coffee, is far superior to any department store. i can’t recommend eastlink espresso highly enough for repairs and service of domestic coffee machines. i have a 20 year old ECM Giotto machine which was starting to fail. i found eastlink after a google search which showed good reviews and high levels of customer satisfaction. vittorio and the team brought it back to life with a full overhaul and even made a subsequent home visit free of charge to fix an issue that had not been apparent at the time of the service. they really know their stuff and stand behind their work to the maximum degree. i’m very confident that with their help my much loved machine will easily last another 20 years!
