He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. We had a fantastic experience at Eastlink Espresso. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices are competitive. I couldn’t ask for more. Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
